Terms & Conditions for Shipments

01. Payment

  • Payments are accepted via Cash AppMobilePay, or bank transfer.

  • You may pay 100% upfront, or choose to split the total: 50% upfront and 50% before shipment of the artwork.

  • Monthly Payments are acceptable.

  • Please do not send payment until I confirm your order and request payment directly.

02. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is only available within the U.S. will consider doing worldwide in the future. 

  • Local pickup may be arranged if applicable—this is subject to change based on location and availability.

  • Once the item is shipped, I will provide a tracking number and estimated delivery timeline.

  • Standard processing time may vary depending on the complexity of packaging and location but is typically within 7–14 business days.

03. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • All shipments are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe transit.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I am no longer responsible for its condition.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:

    • Contact me as soon as possible with photos and details.

    • I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

    • If applicable and if I have capacity, I may offer a discounted remakestore credit, or a partial refund, based on the situation. 

  • I cannot offer full refunds for shipping-related losses, but I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will always work toward a fair solution.

04. Copyright & Usage

I, Aisha Muhammad (the artist):

  • Retain full copyright ownership of the artwork.

  • May post the artwork on my portfolio, website, or publications (such as art books).

  • Will not profit further from the original artwork unless terms are violated by the customer.

You, the customer:

  • May share the artwork on social media or personal platforms (credit is appreciated).

  • May not resell, redistribute, alter, or use the artwork for commercial purposes unless agreed upon in writing.

  • May not make prints or merchandise from the artwork.

  • Retain the rights to the original idea or subject if it’s personal (i.e., your own photo, portrait, etc.).

For commercial rights or licensing, a separate agreement must be made in advance.

05. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel before the artwork is shipped or started, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once work has begun or the item has shipped, no refunds will be issued.

  • In the rare event that I am unable to ship your order, you will receive a full refund.

  • Please do not issue chargebacks. If there is a problem, contact me first—I am here to resolve it.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of customer rights to the artwork and you will be blacklisted from future orders.

06. By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Review all shipping details and provide an accurate delivery address.

  • Understand that I am not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • Respect the boundaries of copyright and communication outlined above.
